You will be provided with instructions for your return / exchange upon completing your request.

HOW TO LODGE A RETURN

So, we're more than happy to help you with a return or an exchange if you ever have any issues with your order.
Unfortunately, we don't have the capacity to organise a return shipment on your behalf - but we can cover the redelivery fees (provided that you're able to cover the costs associated with returning the items).
We will provide you with instructions to send your items back to us upon lodging a return using our returns system.
Return Eligibility:
Upon submitting a return - you will be able to exchange your item/s for a store credit or select any other items we have in stock of the same value.
STEP 1

Open our Returns Portal and enter your Order Number as well as your Email Address

STEP 2

Select the item/s that you'd like to return and then select whether you'd like to exchange them for a store credit or any items we have in stock

STEP 3

We'll provide you with either a Shipping Label or Instructions so that you can send your item/s back to us and claim your return!
